Christmas office closure

Our offices will be closed for the festive period from Tuesday 24 December, returning Monday 6 January. We wish all our customers a merry holiday season.

System downtime: Jan & Feb

Walled Garden and our online assessment platform e-volve will be offline on the following dates: 7pm (GMT) Friday 10 January to 8am (GMT) Monday 13 January and 7pm (GMT) Friday 7 February to 10pm (GMT) Sunday 9 February 2025 as we will be undertaking essential maintenance.

This means that the platform will be unavailable for the duration of the work, however, you can still test offline using the advanced download functionality of SecureClient.

Functional Skills Results

We aim to issue all results promptly and within 20 working days, however, in the case of awarding new exam papers which are added to the back from time to time, results may take up to 32 working days. Please see the qualification handbook for more details.
